Thursday:

- Arrival to TN no later than 3pm - remember there’s a 35min drive to Sevierville, and the Welcome Party begins at 5:00pm 

- Welcome Party from 5p-10p

Friday:

- Arrive at The Trillium by 2:30p-2:45p

- Cocktail Hour from 3:30p-4:45p

- Reception from 5:00p-11:00p

Day-Of program will be provided upon arrival to venue 

Saturday: 

- Wake up late 

- Farewell Brunch at 1:00pm - 4:00p 

Sunday:

- Departure from TN at your time of preference 

Thank you for sharing such a special weekend with us. We love and appreciate you all! 

The night before our wedding will feel less like a rehearsal and more like a big family hang-out. The air will smell like charcoal and slow-cooked barbecue—sweet and smoky.

We’ll enjoy time with the guests of honor - Sosa & Snax - and rumor has it - there will be a mechanical bull. We do encourage you to dress up and add some cowboy boots - think Western Chic .

It’ll be a night that feels perfectly “us”—casual, joyful, a little wild, and full of heart. A barbecue under the stars and one last carefree evening before “I do.”

You’ll be transported to a chill - southern backyard BBQ vibe with a live band , a smoker, and some good drinks. Yes - we mentioned the mechanical bull so much - but we’re that excited to see you ride. The only requirements for the night: have fun and take a ride on the bull. 

Elevated cowboy-chic 

This is the event where you’ll want to be comfortable and fun! Have so much fun with this western outfits. The more cowboy - the better. With a mechanical bull and BBQ cooking , there’s no reason to not have fun. Go all out!

We will provide a cowboy hat for each guest 

Q: Are children allowed?

A: No - this entire weekend is child-free … but our dog’s will be there to make up for it. 

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes! & we do recommend renting a car at Knoxville airport for the entire weekend. 

Q: What’s on the menu? 

A: Come hungry! We will be having:

- Brisket / ribs - smoker will be smoking the meats at the party , freshness is a priority 

- Mac n Cheese / salad / corn 

- Peach cobbler 

The day we met - Morgan and I stayed up until 6am talking about life. We could have never imagined that a few short years later - we’d be making it official in the mountains. Wow! Can’t wait.

Our ceremony begins at 3:00pm, surrounded by crisp fall air and golden views, and the celebration will carry on until 11:00pm. [Ceremony begins at 3:30 on the dot, please don’t be late]

Guests will enjoy an elevated cocktail hour with breathtaking mountain views, followed by a delicious dinner, flowing drinks, and a joyful evening of dancing and celebration.

Come prepared for a black-tie mountain soirée - a romantic night filled with good company. 

Think about having an elevated western look - jackets required for men and long dresses for women. We can’t wait to see how amazing you all look! 

Black-tie event 

Because the event is in the mountains - it does tend to be much cooler than when you are down on the front range. There will be space heaters available - that being said, dress warmly. If not - let the drinks settle , the music turn up and let yourselves warm up the good old-fashioned way. 

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes - however , this will be an open-bar event and we want you to have fun but most importantly be safe. The roads to reach the venue are windy and can be difficult to manage if you aren’t used to them. Because of this - we will be providing a shuttle service with a pick-up location where you can leave your rental and then pick it back up at the end of the night.

Q: Are children allowed?

A: Like stated previously, this is a child-free event.

Q: 3:00pm-11:00pm is a long time - what will be offered to us in that timeframe?

A: It is! And thank you for spending so much of the day with us!

Join us for a sweet send-off the morning after the celebration!

Our farewell brunch falls on Halloween, so we’re leaning into the cozy, playful spirit of the day. Come enjoy a relaxed morning filled with good food, warm drinks, and plenty of laughter as we relive favorite moments from the wedding.
Think autumn flavors, coffee in hand, and one last chance to hug and say goodbye before everyone heads home. We can’t wait to see you one more time before the weekend comes to a close.

Note: if you plan to attend this event - you must book an 8pm or later flight out of Knoxville . You also have the option to attend for any time frame that works best for your flight - although we do recommend spending Halloween with us and flying out on Sunday the 1st instead. 

A casual brunch on Halloween that can get as wild as you want it to get. No holding back! Either brunch it up - eat up - or sleep-in from the night before. Absolutely no pressure to attend this event - although we would love to have you. 

Cowboy Brunch Chic 

It’s Halloween - but don’t worry - no costume necessary. We will be enjoying bottomless mimosas and brunch food - come comfortable and ready to have one last hang-out before the weekend ends. 

Morgan and Cat will be staying through the whole weekend and will be doing something for Halloween the night of the 31st - message Cat for details if you want to join. 

Q: Can I come late?

A: Absolutely ! We made brunch at 1pm but if you feel like you want more rest and want to stop by later on - that’s ok with us. We will not be doing a formal sit-down for this so don’t be shy. 

Q: What food/drink options are included with brunch? 

A: Traditional brunch foods + bottomless mimosas 

Q: Is there parking? 

A: Yep ! Right on site. 

Q: Do you recommend we partake in this event if we have an early afternoon flight scheduled from Knoxville airport?

A: Unfortunately - no. That’s why we are recommending guests to fly in on Thursday morning and fly out on Sunday at their liking.

The venue for brunch is about 45min from Knoxville airport - to keep in mind.
